Maple Forest Marketing Ltd Terms of Service

The term Maple Forest Marketing Ltd or us or we or our refers to Maple Forest Marketing Ltd, UK Company number 06921066, whose registered office is The Clock House, 87 Paines Lane, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 3BZ, United Kindgom.

The term you refers to the user or viewer of our website or client or prospective client.

Terms of Service

Maple Forest will manage your existing pay per click account, develop new accounts as applicable, and optimise your pay per click account for best results as defined in consultation with your account manager. This campaign(s) will be carried out as per the terms and conditions below. Please initial each page and sign the final page to indicate acceptance.

1.    Maple Forest will work to increase your advertising click through rate and your AdWords keyword quality score. This is designed to reduce your cost per click.

2.    Maple Forest will contact you to discuss your account at least every two weeks. Your account will be monitored and worked on more frequently, and more frequent contact may be necessary  to achieve the best results.

3.    Maple Forest will send reports to you once per week detailing your Google AdWords costs, and keyword performance.  You may also request more or less frequent reporting at no additional cost.

4.    Maple Forest will aim to create a unique advert for every keyword within your account. We will ensure that each advert is directed to the most relevant and effective landing page on your site unless we receive explicit instructions otherwise from you.

5.    Maple Forest will make use of our experience and expertise to undertake other advanced account optimisation techniques and strategies. These strategies may be based on optimising your cost per click, conversation rate, click through rates and/or cost per acquisition. Goals will be set in ongoing consultation with you before undertaking advanced techniques.

Fee Structure and Cost

Maple Forest will bill the Client once per month for our services as outlined above.

Our management fee is set at 10% of your actual pay per click spend for the calendar month.  The minimum management fee is £500.

Invoices will be raised each calendar month based on your account start date, and will be emailed to your nominated email address in PDF file format.  A paper copy can also be sent to you by post upon request.

All invoices raised by Maple Forest Marketing Ltd are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Delivery Policy

As a service provider, Maple Forst Marketing Ltd may occasionally need to send you material that relates to your Google AdWords campaigns, such as reports or invoices.

All delivery will be made by 1st class post within the UK or Ireland.

There are no export restrictions on Maple Forest’s services.  However, deliveries can only be made within the United Kingdom or Ireland.

Cancellation Terms

Agreements with Maple Forest Marketing Ltd are either 12-month agreements, or 30-day rolling agreements for a term of 12 months.

Cancellation Policy for 12 month agreements

The length of the Client’s contract with Maple Forest is 12 (twelve) months from the account start date.

Cancellations are permitted without penalty or obligation within the first 90 (ninety) days of the contract.

Cancellations outside this period will be charged a cancellation fee equal to your minimum monthly management fee multiplied by the number of months remaining on your contract.

You may cancel your agreement within 90 days of the start date without penalty or further obligation.  See the information on Contract Length above.

Cancellation Policy for 30-day rolling agreements

The Client’s contract with Maple Forest shall be a 30-day rolling agreement, for a period of 12 months.

Cancellations are permitted at any time without penalty or obligation, as long as 30 days notice is given to Maple Forest.

In the event that 30 days notice is not given, the client shall be billed the equivalent of 50% of their average monthly management fee, in addition to any outstanding fees payable to Maple Forest.

You may cancel your agreement at your discretion within the first 12 months by giving Maple Forest 30 days notice of your intent to cancel.  See the information on Contract Length above.

To cancel your account you must send a fax requesting cancellation to +44 0207 785 9022.

Please note that emailed or telephoned cancellations will not be permitted unless otherwise arranged with Maple Forest.  Once cancelled, you will be no longer be invoiced by Maple Forest unless there are outstanding fees associated with your account.

Refunds

You may request a refund for services from Maple Forest Marketing Ltd if you feel that Maple Forest has not met the service level stated in your agreement.  The maximum refund available is equal to the previous month’s management fee.

All refunds are at the discretion of Maple Forest Marketing Ltd.
