How does this work?
Our Online Brand Reputation Monitor is a combination of online tools and research processes that we use to monitor the mentions, reputation and penetration of your brand online. We monitor social media, news and blogs for your chosen brand and select for volume and sentiment.
We provide you with:
- A monthly report on new and notable mentions
- A monthly call from your account manager to talk about the implications of your report and help you choose a response
- Ongoing data curation and santisation
- Reporting and data on demand
- Immediate alerts by phone and email for urgent issues
How long will it take to gather my brand data?
From the day we launch your account, it can take up to four working days for our system to scour the web and build up a data profile; and for your account manager to filter the data into a useful format.
What do you do with the brand data that you extract?
Data on your brand is stored on a secure server, so it cannot be accessed by anyone your account manager. We never share a clients data with anyone unless we are given specific written instructions to do so.
What level of detail will my reporting show?
Your monthly report will contain new and notable mentions about your brand from:
- Online news sources
- Blogs
- Comments
- Forums
- Photo websites
- Youtube
Your reports will also contain graphs showing you the week-on-week volume of brand mentions online, as well as a sentiment graph showing how your brand is perceived. IT’s our job to make the data easy to understand and to action.
How much does this cost?

How will I be billed for this brand reputation service?
You will be billed monthly from the date your account goes live. You may choose either a month-by-month agreement, or a quarterly agreement depending on your brands requirements.
How long would I be contracted into brand reputation monitoring with Maple Forest?

Can the brand reputation service be dedicated to specific social media platforms?
If you would prefer us to monitor only particular services, like Facebook, Twitter, or a particular industry forum, your account manager can set up your account to reflect your needs.
What frequency will I receive brand reputation data?
Regular reports and account manager briefings are monthly (unless requested otherwise). Your account manager will also alert you anytime there is an issue that needs your urgent attention. You can also speak to your account manager to request data and reports on demand.
Do you have a tool or means to respond to negative criticism on our behalf?
Your account manager can help you choose the best course of action should a negative brand issue arise.
